Breakfast on Vitamin day: The breakfast is identical each day excluding the water days. It must consist of one type of fruit OR neutral vegetable (without any spices or supplements). It is allowed to add a spoon of honey to your morning coffee or tea. If you are hungry you may have more than one breakfast a day, but you must allow at least two hours between the meals. It is not recommended to mix different types of fruits or veggies at breakfast, i.e. one type of fruit or vegetable counts as one meal, including the fruit or vegetable juice consumption. Do not limit your food choice: it is good to have a variety of foods every day.

Some fruits, apples for instance, irritate the stomach especially when eaten as a first meal for the day. We advise you to try different fruit or vegetable, if you experience such symptoms.

Lunch and Dinner: You may combine various types of fruit in one meal for lunch and afterwards. Beside fruits you may also consume neutral vegetables on this day, but avoid mixing fruits and vegetables in the same meal. If you have vegetables you could flavor them with lemon and fresh herbs, but do not add neither salt nor cooking oils. You may also have dried fruits, nuts, fruit or vegetable juices, compote (without any sugar), fruit soups, baked fruits, grilled vegetables, vegetable soups (with lemon juice and fresh herbs; without any salt or cooking oil). You may use raisins or dates for sweetening. If you eat nuts, have them raw (without salt or spices added). It is allowed to consume 100 g per day, because the nuts are rich in fats. You can divide them in 2 portions for the day.

Allow an interval of 2 hours between the meals.
