Do I really need to exercise?
Well…what do you think? You already know the answer to this question. Even if fitness means 70% diet and 30% exercise, you still have to workout.

But you can’t burn so many calories if you don’t exercise, plus you need to eat less! Train like a beast, look like a beauty.

What are the dangers of not eating enough?
If you skip meals in order to save calories, it can end up working against you. When you are not eating enough, you lose fat but also precious muscle.
This will slow your metabolism and you won’t be able to workout as before. To avoid slowing down the metabolism when losing weight, try to have regular meals and eat healthy.
Why am I not losing weight?
Maybe you are eating healthy food and exercise every day, but you are still not losing weight. Why? What are you doing wrong?

When we don’t get enough sleep, it can affect our ability to control our appetite. When you sleep, you allow your body to rest, recover and grow stronger!

Don’t confuse thirst with hunger. I’m sure that you don’t want to eat extra calories, when a glass of water is really what you need. Drinking water will improve your heart health, detoxify you, make your skin prettier, eliminate storage fat, etc.
What should I eat?
- Breakfast – Try to eat fresh fruits, organic yogurt or cereals. Avoid anything high in salt and whole fat milk!
- Lunch –Try to eat fish and a veggie salad. Avoid French fries, pizza, and pasta! You don’t want to look puffy.
- Dinner – Eat vegetables and grilled chicken (don’t forget about the portion size). Avoid cheese because cheese can be high in salt and fat!
All you have to do is to get some sleep, eat clean, drink water, exercise and repeat!
