Delicious Cajun Turbot
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Shake
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound turbot fillets
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the shake, tomato paste, water, and olive oil.
  3. Spread on fish.
  4. Broil 5 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes when pricked with fork.
