  • Organic butterĀ 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Onions, chopped 1Ā¤2 cup
  • Organic Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless 1 pound + 4 ounces
  • Cut green beans, frozen 10-ounce package
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  1. Melt the butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Add garlic andĀ onions; stir until blended.
  3. Cook over medium heat,Ā until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  4. Place chicken in the skillet. Cook over medium heat,Ā until chicken is thoroughly done and no longer pinkĀ in color, about 12 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken fromĀ skillet; keep warm.
  6. Place frozen green beans, pepper, and cooked onionsĀ in same skillet.
  7. Cover and cook over medium-low heatĀ until beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
  8. Add chicken to vegetable mixture. Continue cooking,Ā stirring occasionally, until heated through, aboutĀ minutes.
