With only 2 ingredients plus optional toppings, this Broccoli Soup is done within minutes and you can enjoy a nourishing and healthy soup. This easy soup recipe is a great way to eat more veggies and greens in your nutrition.

For the soup:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 14 oz (400 ml) can coconut milk
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • toppings (optional)
Optional toppings:
  • crushed macadamias
  • parsley, chopped
  • avocado


  1. Add the coconut milk and the broccoli (broken into florets) to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes until the broccoli softens. Remove from heat.
  2. After letting it cool a bit, transfer to a blender and process until smooth. Transfer back to the saucepan. Reheat and season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Serve with optional toppings
