For this super magnesium rich smoothie, blend the following ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- 4 bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 mango
- 1 inch knob of turmeric
- 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
- 1 leaf of aloe: Fillet the aloe, open it up with a sharp knife and scoop out the fresh inner gel of the aloe.
- 1.5 cups of purified water or coconut water
