For this super magnesium rich smoothie, blend the following ingredients in a high-powered blender.

  • 4 bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 mango
  • 1 inch knob of turmeric
  • 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
  • 1 leaf of aloe: Fillet the aloe, open it up with a sharp knife and scoop out the fresh inner gel of the aloe.
  • 1.5 cups of purified water or coconut water
