These awesome protein rich beauties are jam packed with goodness and come in an easy to eat form. Enjoy them as running fuel or as a delicious snack that even the kids will enjoy!
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3/4 organic natural peanut butter (no salt or sugar added)
- 1/3 organic agave syrup
- 1/4 raisins or dates
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (poppy seeds)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup good quality dark choc-chips (optional)
Start by melting the peanut butter and honey together. When they have melted, remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
Next, scoop out a heaping teaspoon and roll into a tight ball. Use your hand to form into balls and roll in the remaining coconut or sesame/poppy seeds.
Place on plate or in a container and place in fridge for at least an hour to set
Store in fridge in a sealed container and enjoy for up to a week!
