Ingredients
  • 1 12-ounce can (or two 6-ounce cans) solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 16-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives, preferably imported Kalamata
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried
